ATLANTIC OCEAN (Jan. 17, 2020) Aviation Machinist’s Mate Airman Alex Robinson, from Orlando, Florida, assigned to the “Tridents” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 9, performs the daily inspection on an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter in USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) hangar bay. Ford is currently conducting Aircraft Compatibility Testing to further test its Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch Systems (EMALS) and Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG).
