LIFT Orlando and JPMorgan Chase & Co. will host a small business roundtable Thursday, Nov. 29 with elected officials and community and small business leaders in West Lakes to discuss progress made with the $200K grant that funded the initial planning phase which began in mid 2017. Over the past year a partnership was formed that created the West Lakes Business Accelerator and involved six local food businesses that participated in an intensive program aimed at developing one and five-year business plans.
The local businesses will be sharing their growth plans and success stories at 1:30 pm at Hebni Nutrition Consultants, Inc., 2009 West Central Blvd, Orlando FL 32805, and Mayor Dyer will discuss the City’s commitment to economic development and small business growth. Mel Martinez, Chairman of the Southeast U.S. and Latin America, JPMorgan Chase & Co. will announce the phase two grant.
