Come celebrate Ujamaa, the 4th principle of Kwanzaa, with The Shoppes of West Church Street.
Ujamaa means cooperative economics, and the principle embraces the idea of “building and maintaining our own stores and profiting from them together” (from the Official Kwanzaa website). It all takes place on Tuesday, December 29th from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the 400 Block of West Church Street. The shops will celebrate the community, the blessings of the season, and a prosperous New Year!
