Mic News captured a disturbing exchange on Facebook, started when CNN contributor Thomas Verni posted a New York Post story of 4-year-old Christopher Duran’s murder. The teen was killed on his way to school last Friday morning, when a gunman (not a police officer) wearing a red bandana shot him to death. I understand that being a police officer can jade you over time, but this diatribe borders on something way beyond that. It’s mean, nasty, unnecessary and personal. So much for the milk of human kindness.
